launching the blokart

We were the UK Distributors for blokart from 2001 to 2005. Having discovered this fantastic new toy in New Zealand, we brought one home in our luggage and were responsible for launching it onto the UK market. Having sold more than 800 blokarts in the UK and having expanded our range of land yachts to other manufacturers, we now concentrate on selling direct to the public. new sport

We didn't consider the blokart to be a product, but a new sport. Born in New Zealand in May 2000, the blokart is the result of many years of refinement by designer Paul Beckett. When you first get your hands on a blokart you immediately appreciate the finer detail and careful thought which Paul has woven into the finished design.

fun for all

The truly amazing aspect of the blokart, and the reason it's exploded into popularity, is that the fun is instantaneous. You climb in, you strap up and you buzz off. After two or three turns it begins to dawn on you that it really is as simple as it seems, and you relax, lie back and enjoy. It is a genuinely intuitive machine, which means that we can happily strap in a 7-year-old child, and leave them to it. Their gran will have no qualms about climbing in too, which often results in a hilarious scene where 3 generations of the same family are racing each other round a car park hooting with laughter.

hide it under the bed

If the versatility, ease of use, and excitement of the blokart don't impress you much, then we guarantee that it's compactness will. It folds down into a suitcase, albeit American sized, which weighs only 27kg, and will easily fit in the boot of your car. If necessary it's small enough to be hidden under your bed or disguised as a large carry-out pizza box! When you need to take it on a plane the cunning design allows you to fit the rear wheels back through the bag, and tow it behind you. There's even extra space for a very large picnic, or a week's worth of undies, tees, and socks..

The most basic blokart is the classic at £1550 with the price rising to £1695 for the Sport and £2500 for the stainless steel Pro. Ask about our current special Package Prices.
